This is a 21-hour course on how to screen for abuse and power imbalances, what tools and techniques to use for screening, and how to safeguard your ADR process.
Attending the 3 days of the course meets the requirements for Accreditation and Certification as a Family Mediator.
PLEASE NOTE: An additional 7-hour/ one day training will be required to learn protocols within the collaborative process, and to satisfy the requirements for the Advanced Collaborative Professional designation.
Certified by the Law Society of Ontario for 5 hours Professionalism content and 1 hour 15 minutes of EDI Professionalism content.
