Level 2 Introductory Collaborative Training, or Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice Skills Training, is offered to those professionals who have completed Level 1 Introductory Collaborative Training. The trainers are all experienced collaborative professionals: Deborah Graham (lawyer), Sheila Brown (family professional) and Alison Anderson (financial professional).
This course will be highly experiential and interactive, including demos, exercises and role-plays. It will cover the interdisciplinary collaborative process starting with the initial client interview, through to process design, working with a team, settlement advocacy, negotiation and communication skills, and the role of the law in collaborative practice.
The training is scheduled over 5 mornings: September 15, 16, 17 and September 21, 23 and 25, 2020, from 9:30 to 12:30 am.
