This is a three day course designed to solidify the fundamentals and hone your skills as a mediator. You will engage with more complex matters and be provided opportunities to test and build upon your skills through experiential role plays and discussions.
The course is taught online over 3 days, April 14, 15 and 16, 2021, from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. The instructors are experienced mediators, collaborative professionals and trainers, Deborah Graham and Christine Kim.
